Your Mission — What You Will Do
You will drive high-impact Meta Ads performance campaigns for one of India’s fastest-scaling travel-tech platforms. Your work directly fuels user acquisition, conversions, and revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership (40%)
You will plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
You will handle monthly budgets of ₹5 lakh+ and ensure efficient delivery against CPA, ROAS, and conversion KPIs.
Optimization & Scaling (25%)
You will continuously test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions.
You will work on improving CTR, conversion rates, quality scores, and overall efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting (20%)
You will analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Looker Studio, Singular, and other advanced tools.
You will derive actionable insights and recommend optimizations backed by real data.
User Journey & Funnel Improvements (10%)
You will study user flows, identify where users drop off, and implement experiments to improve conversion funnels.
Market & Competitor Insights (5%)
You will stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements — What Makes You a Great Fit
Must-Have Skills & Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads performance marketing.
Experience working with reputable digital agencies or high-growth startups.
Proven success in B2C / D2C / FMCG / fashion / aggregator performance campaigns (e.g., RedBus, AbhiBus, mobility apps).
Prior experience managing ₹5 lakh+/month ad budgets.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, Attribution Models, Segmentation.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to join immediately, within 30 days, or max 45 days (buyout option preferred).
Educational Background
BTech/BCA from a Tier 1 institution.
