What You Will Do
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, create, and execute SEM strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Build conversion-focused campaigns aligned with business growth goals
2. Optimization & Scaling
Optimize for CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and quality scores
Continuously improve funnel efficiency and user journey
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Singular, Mixpanel, and other analytics platforms
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Identify trends through data-driven insights
4. A/B Testing & Experimentation
Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
Use insights to enhance ROAS and improve campaign output
5. Keyword & Market Research
Perform deep keyword analysis to improve targeting
Stay updated with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and competitor insights
What We Are Looking For
1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Experience running Google Ads at scale
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets
Practical exposure to Meta Ads, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Looker Studio (preferred)
Understanding of attribution models, segmentation, and app campaigns
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Google Ads Certification (preferred)
