📍 Location: Noida Phase 2 (Hosiery Complex)
🏢 Department: Supply Chain / Logistics
👤 Reporting To: Factory Manager
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (based on your experience & fit)

About the Role

You will join a well-established organization in the garment and schoolwear sector, known for delivering high-quality apparel solutions and managing strong global supply chain operations.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth logistics operations, timely dispatches, and efficient coordination across production, packing, and export functions.

Your Role

As a Logistics & Export professional, you will take ownership of both domestic and international shipments—ensuring goods move efficiently from factory to customer.

You will gain exposure to global logistics operations, export compliance, and end-to-end shipment planning in the garment industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Export Logistics & Documentation

• You will manage end-to-end export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO)
• You will coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines
• You will handle Advance Authorization / Licensing processes
• You will ensure full compliance with customs and export regulations

Domestic & International Dispatch

• You will plan and execute domestic dispatches across India
• You will manage international shipments via sea (primary) and air (as needed)
• You will ensure shipments align with production timelines
• You will track deliveries and ensure on-time performance

Container Planning & Packing

• You will design efficient container loading plans to maximize space utilization
• You will coordinate closely with warehouse and packing teams
• You will oversee container stuffing and dispatch schedules

Shipment Planning & Coordination

• You will ensure cargo readiness before cut-off timelines
• You will work cross-functionally with production and dispatch teams
• You will proactively resolve shipment delays or documentation issues

Vendor & Transport Management

• You will coordinate with transporters and logistics partners
• You will support freight negotiations and cost optimization
• You will monitor shipment movement and performance

Reporting & MIS

• You will maintain logistics MIS, tracking reports, and documentation records
• You will provide regular updates to management on shipment status

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business Administration
• Bring experience in garment/apparel export logistics (mandatory)
• Understand export documentation and customs procedures
• Have hands-on experience with sea shipments and domestic dispatch
• Are familiar with Advance Licensing / export incentives
• Are confident in coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving
• Are comfortable using MS Excel and ERP systems
