About the Role
Are you passionate about business growth and building partnerships?
In this role, you will drive the expansion of a fast-growing preschool brand by identifying and onboarding franchise partners across key locations. You will own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—while building long-term relationships that contribute to the brand’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing
🚀 Franchise Sales & Expansion
- You will identify and develop new franchise opportunities across target regions
- You will research markets to identify high-potential cities and locations
- You will manage the complete franchise sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- You will consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
📊 Lead Management
- You will handle inbound and outbound franchise inquiries
- You will qualify prospects based on investment capability, location, and brand fit
- You will maintain accurate lead data using CRM tools
🤝 Client Engagement & Conversion
- You will conduct presentations, meetings, and webinars for prospective partners
- You will clearly explain the business model, ROI, setup, and support structure
- You will negotiate and close deals effectively
🔗 Relationship Management
- You will build strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners
- You will coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, training) for smooth onboarding
📈 Market Intelligence
- You will track competitor activity and industry trends in the preschool/education sector
- You will provide insights to improve franchise offerings and pricing
📄 Documentation & Compliance
- You will ensure all agreements and documentation are accurate and complete
- You will collaborate with legal and finance teams during closures
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Bring 3–7 years of experience in business development, franchise sales, or education sector
- Have prior exposure to preschool/education franchise (preferred)
- Are strong in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Are target-driven, self-motivated, and relationship-oriented
- Are comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office
