Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Taxation Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing taxation activities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting financial reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GST and Income Tax compliance for the organization
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC-04, RFD-01)
• Handle TDS payments and returns
• Prepare and file Income Tax returns
• Perform tax planning and compliance checks
• Analyze financial data and prepare tax computations and working papers
• Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Assist in audits and regulatory submissions
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulatory changes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of GST and Income Tax laws with practical application
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reconciliations)
• Experience with ERP/Accounting systems such as SAP B1 and Tally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications

• CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / M.Com / B.Com
• Relevant experience in taxation preferred
