Tender & Contract Management Executive

Location: Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)
Department: Commercial cum Sales Operations
Reporting To: Commercial Manager / Department Manager

Role Objective:
As a Tender & Contract Management Executive, you will manage end-to-end tendering, contract review, compliance, and post-order documentation, safeguarding commercial interests while ensuring adherence to statutory, export control, and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Activities:

• Review tenders and contracts thoroughly

• Assess commercial risks and impacts

• Manage clause-by-clause compliance and deviations

• Coordinate with stakeholders and address clarifications

• Handle tender submissions efficiently

• Manage GEM / CPPP portal activities

Post-Sales Activities:

• Manage post-order and delivery documentation

• Support compliance and export control requirements

• Track bids, perform audits, and suggest process improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or Engineering

• 3–6 years of experience in tendering, contracts, or commercial operations

• Exposure to government tenders, industry RFQs, and GEM portal is preferred

Key Skills:

• Strong contract interpretation and documentation skills

• High attention to detail and risk awareness

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and tender portals
