Job Overview

Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring Trainee Program Managers for a leading technology and electronics services organization based in Gurugram. This role is ideal for fresh B.Tech graduates in Electronics & Communication Engineering who are looking to begin their career in program management within a technical environment.

The selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to project coordination, technical operations, and cross-functional team management in the telecom and electronics domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of technical service programs

• Support end-to-end project tracking including timelines, documentation, and reporting

• Coordinate with engineering, repair, logistics, and field service teams

• Monitor service delivery performance and support KPI tracking

• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for internal and client stakeholders

• Learn and support aftersales service operations, repair programs, and deployment activities

• Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and management

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (mandatory)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Basic understanding of electronics, telecom systems, or networking concepts

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn program and project management practices

• Ability to work in an office-based technical environment

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint (basic level)
