• Position: Underfloor Heating (UFH) Designer

• Location: Gurugram

• Experience Required: 3–4 Years

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Annual CTC: As per industry standards

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Underfloor Heating Designer who can independently handle UFH design projects and deliver accurate layouts, calculations, and documentation as per client requirements. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all types of Underfloor Heating (UFH) projects as per client instructions

• Draft UFH layouts in line with client specifications

• Create system installation schematics, including UFH tube layouts

• Perform heat loss assessments for UFH systems

• Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Ensure designs are efficient, easy to install, and performance-optimized

• Maintain quality standards and meet delivery timelines

Technical Skills Required

Software & Tools

• AutoCAD

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

UFH – Heat Loss Calculations (Must be performed independently)

• Loop Length

• Head Loss

• Flow Rate

• Room Temperature

• Heat Loss Calculations

Note: Candidates must be proficient in heat loss calculations without reliance on client-provided tools or Excel templates.

UFH – Pipe Layout Design

• Spiral Pattern

• Serpentine

• Meander

UFH – Board / Panel Layout Design

• Solid Panels

• Egg Crate Systems

• Clips & Rails

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or relevant discipline preferred)

Additional Skills & Competencies

• Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
