3️⃣ Your Mission / What You’ll Do
🌍 1. Lead Domestic & International PSF Sales (approx. 35%)
You will own PSF sales across India and global regions including South Asia, Middle East, Africa, ASEAN, and Europe, giving you the platform to build a commanding international presence.
🤝 2. Develop High-Value Customer & Partner Relationships (approx. 25%)
You will manage strategic relationships with:
spinning mills
nonwoven producers
converters
traders and distributors
This gives you visibility across the entire PSF value chain and positions you as a key industry influencer.
📊 3. Shape Sales Strategy & Global Pricing (approx. 15%)
You will design sales strategies tailored to each region and influence pricing based on:
oil/PTA/MEG trends
import–export parity
competitive positioning
This strengthens your strategic and commercial leadership.
🔬 4. Drive Product Development & Marketing Initiatives (approx. 10%)
You will work with R&D and production teams to create new PSF grades for domestic and export requirements.
You will represent the company at major international textile and fibre exhibitions — enhancing your global profile.
👥 5. Lead & Grow the Sales Team (approx. 15%)
You will guide domestic and export sales managers, build a performance-driven culture, and strengthen commercial competency across the team.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications
15–25 years of PSF sales experience across domestic and international markets.
Strong relationships with spinning mills, nonwoven producers, converters, and global distributors.
Proven ability to grow business across multiple geographies.
Deep knowledge of PSF pricing drivers, raw materials (oil/PTA/MEG), logistics, duty structures, and global supply chain.
Experience leading national and export sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation ability, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
Experience managing high-value customer accounts and long sales cycles.
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in Middle East, Africa, ASEAN, or European markets.
Exposure to recycled PSF (rPSF).
Technical knowledge related to fibres and downstream applications.

Technical Skills
- Advanced understanding of PSF technical specifications and fibre properties
- Ability to interpret lab reports, quality parameters, and testing results
- Knowledge of spinning, carding, and nonwoven processes
