Role Overview

Orbit Global is hiring a Web & Conversion Manager on behalf of a fast-growing FMCG brand with strong D2C and OEM (B2B) presence.

This role is ideal for a hands-on web and CRO professional who can own website performance end-to-end—from Shopify management and landing page optimization to analytics implementation and conversion rate improvement. You will play a critical role in driving revenue, lead quality, and user experience through data-led decisions and continuous optimization.


Role Purpose

To own and continuously improve website performance, conversion optimization, and tracking infrastructure across D2C and OEM websites, ensuring scalable growth, accurate data capture, and high-performing user journeys.


Key Responsibilities

Website & Shopify Management

  • Own the Shopify backend, including:

    • Product pages

    • Collections

    • Navigation

    • Checkout and payment flows

  • Ensure smooth execution of updates, launches, and feature enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to UX, checkout drop-offs, and integrations.

Landing Pages & Funnel Optimization

  • Build and optimize landing pages for:

    • D2C performance marketing campaigns

    • OEM lead generation and outreach

  • Improve page structure, messaging flow, and CTAs to maximize conversions.

  • Work closely with marketing and brand teams to align design and content with performance goals.

Analytics, Tracking & Data Infrastructure

  • Implement and manage:

    • GA4

    • Hotjar

    • Meta Pixel

    • Conversions API

  • Ensure accurate event tracking, funnel visibility, and attribution.

  • Identify gaps in tracking and proactively resolve data inconsistencies.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Conduct A/B testing across pages, layouts, CTAs, and user flows.

  • Analyze heatmaps, recordings, and funnel drop-offs to identify friction points.

  • Translate insights into actionable CRO recommendations and executions.

UX, Performance & Mobile Optimization

  • Improve page speed, load time, and Core Web Vitals.

  • Ensure a mobile-first experience across all websites and landing pages.

  • Continuously enhance usability, accessibility, and navigation clarity.

Website Content & Updates

  • Manage ongoing updates including:

    • Homepage banners

    • Forms and lead capture blocks

    • Content sections and CMS updates

  • Coordinate with design, content, and tech partners for timely execution.

CRM, Email & Subscription Integrations

  • Integrate website with:

    • CRM systems

    • Email automation flows

    • Subscription and retention tools

  • Ensure smooth data flow from website to marketing and sales systems.

OEM Website & B2B Support

  • Maintain the OEM corporate website, including:

    • Case studies

    • Capability pages

    • Lead forms

  • Ensure the OEM website supports credibility, clarity, and lead quality.


Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in web management, CRO, or growth-focused roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory).

  • Prior exposure to D2C brands, FMCG, or consumer-focused businesses preferred.

  • Practical experience implementing GA4, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, funnels, and conversion optimization.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, tech, and sales teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
